Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At FLO Padel, we are committed to delivering the highest quality padel rackets and equipment, crafted right here in Pakistan. We understand that sometimes, a product might not be exactly what you expected. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring you have a positive experience with us while also preventing misuse. Please read the full Refunds & Exchanges Policy below.

General Conditions for All Returns and Exchanges
  • Eligibility Window: You may request a refund or exchange within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery. After this 10-day period, we will be unable to process any requests.
  • Condition of Item: To be eligible, the item must be in perfect, brand-new, and unused condition. This includes all original tags, plastic wrappings (especially on racket handles), and packaging must be intact. Any signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration (e.g., re-gripped, customized, or with strings added/changed) will result in refusal.
  • Proof of Purchase: All requests must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as the original order number, receipt, or invoice.
  • Final Sale Items: Not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless defective on delivery:
    • Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price (e.g., promotional offers, clearance).
    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Any other items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" on our website.
Refund Policy

A refund will only be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing Defect: If a product has a significant defect upon delivery. Must contact our support team within 48 hours with clear photo/video evidence.
  • Damaged in Transit: If the product arrives damaged due to shipping. Must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We recommend not opening the package until documented.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If the product differs from what you ordered (e.g., wrong model, size, or color). Must report within 48 hours; item must remain sealed.
Refund Process
  • Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refund is processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Banks/credit cards may add extra processing time.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy

An exchange is offered only under these circumstances:

  • Incorrect Sizing (Apparel & Shoes only): One-time exchange for a different size if the item is unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive a product different from your order. Item must remain unopened and sealed.
Exchange Process
  • Contact our customer service team at support@flopadel.pk with your order number and reason for exchange.
  • Upon approval, we will provide return instructions.
  • Once returned item is received and verified, we will ship the correct item.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
Return Shipping
  • Customer's Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Use a trackable and insured service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
  • Our Responsibility: We cover shipping only in cases of verified defects, damage in transit, or if we shipped the wrong item. A prepaid label will be provided in such cases.
International Returns and Exchanges
  • International returns and exchanges follow the same conditions as domestic orders.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees for both the original order and return shipment.
  • We are not responsible for any delays or losses during the international return process.
How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange
  • Contact our customer service at support@flopadel.pk with:
    • Your Order Number
    • A clear explanation of the reason for refund/exchange
    • Clear photographic or video evidence (for defects/damage)
  • FLO Padel reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item does not meet conditions. Every return will be inspected to ensure fairness and prevent misuse.
