What is the minimum order quantity?
Every project is different. Minimum order quantities depend on the product, level of customisation and manufacturing requirements. Share your project with us and we'll recommend the most suitable production route.
Can I order one custom racket?
Yes. We also create one-off custom rackets for gifts, commemorative editions and personal projects. Production methods, pricing and lead times differ from larger manufacturing runs.
Can FLO help with the design?
Absolutely. Whether you already have artwork or you're starting with an idea, we can help develop the graphics, colours, branding and overall product direction.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Existing artwork and brand assets can be adapted for production. Where adjustments are needed to meet manufacturing requirements, we'll guide you through the preparation and approval process.
How long does production take?
Production timelines vary depending on project size, approvals, customisation and factory scheduling. A confirmed production schedule is provided before manufacturing begins.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We work with international clients and can arrange shipping for completed projects. Final shipping options and costs depend on the destination, order size and delivery method.
Can I customise the packaging?
Custom packaging, presentation boxes, instruction manuals and swing tags may be arranged depending on project requirements, order quantity and supplier availability. These options are quoted separately and may involve additional minimum quantities, costs and lead times.
Do you produce accessories?
Depending on the project, FLO can manufacture or source selected accessories such as bags, ball cans, overgrips and complementary products. Availability depends on the product type and required quantity.
Can FLO recommend specifications?
Yes. If you're unsure about weight, balance, materials, foam or construction, we'll recommend a direction based on your target players, intended market and project objectives.
What happens after production?
Before dispatch, the project goes through final quality checks. Where applicable, products can also be measured and verified through The FLO Lab. The order is then packaged, prepared for shipment and supported through final delivery.
