The repair process

Explore each stage of the repair process, from assessment through to final inspection and dispatch.

Initial inspection

Assess

We inspect the damage and surrounding structure before recommending a repair.

The racket is examined from multiple angles to assess the crack depth, location and any possible damage to the internal foam.

  • Damage location reviewed
  • Foam condition assessed
  • Repairability confirmed

The exact repair process may vary depending on the location and severity of the damage.

Performance transparency

Will my racket play exactly the same?

Not always.

Repair can restore structural usability, but the final playing characteristics depend on the extent and location of the original damage.

Performance impact depends on

  • 01 Damage size
  • 02 Damage location
  • 03 Foam or core involvement
  • 04 Extent of reinforcement required

03

Left frame

Photograph the entire left side of the racket frame.

Photography tip Keep the frame edge in focus from the head to the neck.

04
